ปวดหลัง This is the most prevalent variety of back ache. About 19 in 20 instances of acute (unexpected onset) lower back ache are classed as non-distinct. This is the variety of back ache that most people will have at some level in their living. It is termed non-distinct since it is usually not crystal clear what is actually creating the ache. In other words, there is no distinct issue or ailment that can be discovered as to the trigger of the ache. The severity of the ache can change from gentle to serious. Nerve root ache indicates that a nerve coming out from the spinal cord (the root of the nerve) is irritated or pressed on. (Many people phone this a trapped nerve.) You experience ache along the course of the nerve. As a result, you ordinarily experience ache down a leg, occasionally as significantly as to the calf or foot. The ache in the leg or foot is generally worse than the ache in the back. About 9 in 10 instances of nerve root back ache are owing to a prolapsed disc – generally termed a slipped disc. (A disc does not actually slip. What comes about is that part of the interior softer part of the disc bulges out (prolapses) by means of a weak spot in the outer tougher part of the disc.
